Overview

This is an exciting time in the healthcare field.   Advances are occurring that will provide the opportunity to not just extend our lifespans (how long we live)   but more importantly extend our health spans (how long we remain youthfully vital and healthy)  as well.    It is the latter in which most people are interested.    When we picture most at age 90, we might picture a very elderly, fragile, poorly functional individual requiring assistance for most daily activities.   But what if 90 was the new 50, 100 the new 60 and so on. With the accelerated growth in artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum computing rapid changes will be occurring in medicine.   Researchers are right now actively pursuing high tech medical advances in stem cell research, gene editing research and epigenetic research and more that make this possible within the next 15 years.   But we don’t have to wait 15 years to begin the process of optimizing our health and turning back the aging clock.   In fact, we shouldn’t.
